“Having had the thickest frizziest hair all my life I went to The Snug for a Kerastraight treatment I think I may just have been the biggest challenge for Carolyn I have now had my third treatment just before holiday and cannot put into words how fantastic this treatment is for hair like mine. My normally coarse unmanageable hair behaved perfectly on holiday even after spending all day on the beach and in humid temperatures in the high 30’s I can highly recommend both Kerastraight and The Snug especially, for me, Carolyn who has transformed my hair regime beyond expectation.
